What to expect
1) The consultation
This experience starts with a conversation. Soul Portraiture is new to the world and I want you to get the opportunity to meet me, hear about the process and feel out if it’s a fit for you. If it is a fit, we book your Soul Portrait and your Discovery Call during your consultation.
2) discovery call
Here is where we go deeper. Our Discovery Call is a one hour Zoom where we talk about where you are in life, what you’ve overcome to get here and ultimately the version you need to see represented in the photographs. From that, I pitch you several options for your custom Soul Portrait and we build the entire concept so you are seen and celebrated.
3) Preparations
Armed with our orientation from the Discovery Call, the 6-8 weeks leading up to the shoot are all about the preparations. Selecting the outfits, securing location (if out of studio), curating a playlist, choosing a signature scent and, most importantly, leaning into this beautiful version of you. Don’t worry, I’ll be with you every step of the way with recommendations for when you’re stuck in logistics and pompoms for when you’re stuck in your head. I’ll be your personal soul sherpa! This is also a great time to lean into close friends, therapists and slow spaces to reflect.
4) the shoot
This is the fun part where we do the damn thing! I have plenty of direction on how to prepare for your session and should you have questions, you’ll have access to me via text/phone/email/smoke signal. My goal is for you to enter Shoot Day with power in your stride and a spark in your eye!
5) the reveal
When the shoot is done, we’ll schedule a reveal. This is where you get to see your stunning images for the first time. After we’ve taken sufficient time to bear witness to your brilliance, we design your Chanel-style coffee table book. We’ll select the cover, the words & quotes to include and choose which images you want to feature. (Don’t worry! I’ll help!) This is also when you can download your digitals and the optional video add-on.
6) delivery
I layout your handmade album with my designated design team in Greece and you can expect delivery of your heirloom in 6-8 weeks. Your complete digital images will be available for download the day of your reveal.

I know it’s terrifying to release our old ways of viewing ourselves. To let go of the lane we thought we’d always ride in. To get comfortable with the fact that we’re different. The woman waiting to be discovered will be so worth it. She will impress you. She will shock you. She will love you. She will come rushing forth with a power you’ve never experienced and you’ll see that she was really there all along. She IS you.
She doesn’t want to stay in her lane. She doesn’t want to be steered across open waters.

I seriously could not be happier with the overall experience working with Meagan. From the moment I first stepped into the studio, I felt so comfortable. She has a super fun, and bubbly personality and was such a pleasure to work with. The entire shoot was super fun and I felt confident and comfortable the entire time with her. When I came back a week later to see the photos, my jaw was on the floor with how stunning they turned out.
